Shoe Fitting
• Only students new to the program or needing replacement marching shoes will be fitted.
Individual Photos
• Photos will be taken in uniform, bring your horn.
• Parents will be able to purchase pictures from Bloomfield Photography.
• Any student missing the initial May 31st sitting will need to take pictures on August 9th.
Band Fees Due
• Summer Band Fees are due by August registration.
• See attached schedule of fees and costs associated with being in band.
• Students will not be issued a uniform in August until all fees are paid.

Volunteer Signup
• All band parents are expected to work concessions for at least one Friday night football game and one Jr High (Mon/Tue) or JV game (Thu).
• We cannot operate without your assistance.
• Volunteer signup forms will be available at this time.
• Information will be available for all volunteer activities, including specific dates on when we will need concession stand workers and bus chaperones.
Optional Accessories
• Parents will also be given the opportunity to order optional tote bags for their students as well as purchase yard signs.
Band Forms
• Information, Handbook, Medical Release, UIL 8 hour rule, and others forms must be completed during the registration process. It is extremely important that we have these forms on file to allow your students to participate throughout the year.
