Car Wash - Saturday

Student Shift Schedule (swaps need to be coordinated through Mr. Armstrong):

Morning - 7:30am - 11:00am Woodwinds and Percussion

Afternoon - 11:00am - 2:30pm Brass and Guard

All money raised through student pledges will go towards their student accounts if they have a signed "Individual Student Fundraising Account" form on file. All other money collected in association with the car wash will go into the band booster general fund.

Students MAY NOT solicit or collect pledge money DURING the car wash. All donations made at the car wash will be directed to the band booster account and may not be used for student pledges.

Any money donated directly to students for their individual accounts is NOT tax deductible. Any money donated directly to the Band Boosters for the June 10th car wash IS tax deductible.

Pledges will be based on the number of cars/trucks/bikes/dogs, etc washed. We will have the official number at the end of the car wash. Last year we washed 280 cars. If someone pledge 5 cents per car for 280 cars the total money collected would be 280 * .05 = $14.00.

Car Wash Participation is MANDATORY; however, pledge participation is NOT mandatory. If you cannot make the car wash then you need to communicate this with Mr. Armstrong in advance.

All pledge money needs to be turned into the Band Office as quickly as possible after the car wash.
